Outcome and Responsibilities:​​

  • Managing and overseeing the work of the Inside Sales representatives team.

  • Coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring Inside Sales representatives’ performance.

  • Setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinating the Inside Sales team’s projects to meet deadlines.

  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.

  • Researching and discovering methods to increase customer engagement for the Inside Sales team.

  • Ensuring sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.

  • Building an open-communication culture inside your team.

How do you know if you are a good fit:​​

  • Possess 5 years of working experience as an Inside Sales Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.

  • In-depth understanding of the sales process.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate the team.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Strong ability to adapt, can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.

  • Strong interest in the technology industry, in particular in personal data protection and digital identity.
